6 slat grille fit my 2007 V8V?

I have the 8 slat grille and thinking of getting the newer 6 slat version. Just want to make sure they fit. I was looking at the parts book and it looks like they use very different screw positions.

I've never done it on a DB...but I have a 2010 DB9, a 2013 DB9 and and 2011 DBS on my lifts in front of me and there is no difference(complete outside dimension and fixings)..just on the DB grills, it's not a easy bolt on-bolt-off part like the Vantage grills...The DB's are supporting the front bumper..so you have to remove the front bumper to replace a DB grill

Thanks guys! My next question, does anyone know of a good deal for the 6 slat bright finished? On eBay I found one for $639 and I was quoted $800 from Scuderia. I also found one on astonmartinbits.com for $800.

It does fit perfectly, with no issues on a 4.3L V8V. Done it on mine.
Took however the black grille instead of the bright finish
As far a good deals on that part, I went to my dealer insouth of France. A V8S owner wanted to exchange his for the bright finish version.
Try your local dealer...Apparently, there are quiet a few of us making the move bright finish to black version.....So perhaps you could find a good deal

It's probably my fault for picking one of the worst times to sell, but I wasn't getting quality bids from interested buyers. So I've decided to keep it and make some a few small mods to it.

Just bought H&R springs and RSC spacers. Will be purchasing the N400 sills and 6 slat grille soon.

Any idea how long it takes to install the new grille? I just ordered the Carbon Edition one. Thanks.

I had the same question and then learned that the bracket which the grille bolts onto is the same part number across all past and present V8 Vantage models, even the V12 Vantage....so will definitely fit.

I installed mine in under 15 minutes. You can remove the metal radiator cover to make access to the 2 small nuts in the rear easier. I did the replacement without removing it though.

you guys do realize that the bolt locations in the two diagrams in the original post are in the same exact locations, right? the bolts are just shown on different sides of the grill in each diagram.
