how long between being signed off at the factory in Gaydon and arrival at a dealer in the US ? Obviously that's literally just a day or two in the UK and mine should be at the end of the line by tuesday, but snagging could pick up 3 days or 2 weeks of work and once at the dealer, I'm having it detailed then paint protection film, so realistically mid/late Jan for delivery

 

I believe it has been shipped with estimated arrival at the dealer early / mid January. So, I'm guessing I will be picking up around mid / late January as well.

The wait wasn't so bad the past few months as in my mind it was a far off thing. Now that I know it has been shipped, every day seems to go by slower than the last. Hahaha...

 

Johnby that interior of yours is the right bit o kit mate! Love the diamond stitch and glossy door pulls well played sir!

 

I am ordering a V8V and ordered the Iridium silver interior for $1500 which has the piano black ski slope and center middle plate that has all the labeling and switches on it and everything else is bright silver: full console,air vents,window switches, sills, door pulls and handles and door speaker grills. I saw one on the showroom floor and looked much better than the standard graphite IMO and is a good alternative to the full piano black interior and will save a lot of fingerprinting. I have also requested the metal seat switches and he is checking but sounds like they will say no. It is now also standard on the '13 DB9 along with the old virages. The Rapide has them also but it has an extra switch on it for seat ventilation. It appears to be the same shape and size as our plastic ones and I can't imagine AM getting ones that have different connectors since most all interior parts are shared among the models. If they refuse I wonder if you could get them from the dealer or elsewhere and install them ourselves if in fact it does have the same connector?
