Thanks for that. I agree...they do look better in silver. (And I prefer the 19s to the 20s.)

No question Hyper Silver on this wheel. For some reason it doesn't look so great in black either. I am really debating getting these in Hyper or the Ace Mesh 7 in Matte Mica Gray. But I keep coming back to wondering about a full concave wheel from likes of Rennen, ADV1, BC Forged etc. Look super cool but nearly 3x the cost!

I really need to see this dark Vantage lowered on the Convex. My XKR is black and the silver Vantage doesn't quite give me the visual of how the finish would look against my lowered XKR. Drcollie, when do you plan to mount springs?

Duane,

Did you swap the TPMS sensors or did you have your install shop do it. Either way did you have to buy anything to swap them out to the new wheels. New seals or something similar to that?

Just swapped them over (TPS), nothing fancy.

I'm not planning on lowering the car, I'm scraping driveway aprons as it is and don't one it one bit stiffer. Not willing to pay the piper for the cool look.

Those really do look sharp. Aggressive, unique and yet still very elegant.

And I love that you and DoubleLow have black cars so I can see what they would look like on my car.

Wow, looks nice. I wonder if I can get the ACE Mesh wheels to fit my 05 DB9?

Sorry to bring this thread back to the top but I just ordered a set of Mesh 7's for my 05 DB9 and was curious if I would also need new lugs as well? I probably do since the vantage and DB9 share some of the same suspension parts. Would the part# B-D5X2 given in this thread be what I would need? I'm hoping my rear wheels are not as aggressive in the rear but we will see.

Thanks guys!
Dan

Offset

Does anyone know for sure that 38/45 is the right offset on these wheels in 19 inch? I just pulled the trigger on a set and Ace seems to think that those numbers are incorrect but can't find the original order (Dr. Colie's order is too old). I want to make sure that spacers aren't needed and that they don't stick out too far. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Chris. I did see it and those are the dimensions I gave to Ace but according to the company's recollection, that seems way to much offset and they think it might not be right.
