Passing CA smog for Florida registered DB9
I have a 2005 DB9 that I want to register in California, previously was registered in Florida. Can anyone help to advise what, if anything, would need to be changed to allow it to pass CA smog test?
Can anyone recommend a decent independent Aston mechanic in the Bay area?

Great, can confirm that, the car passed smog first time. But it stalled the engine with some throttle position sensor error immediately after leaving the test center. Hasn't done that before or since.

Los Gatos Luxury Cars is the Bay Area's authorized service center. They have a good team and understand modern Aston's well. Ken Lovejoy is a fantastic independent service resource. Ken has worked on my cars for over 15 years and was the chief service mechanic for Walnut Creek and Los Gatos dealerships.

Hi, I have now opened my own little shop up in the redwoods outside Los Gatos. It is a wonderful drive down Hiway 9, almost to Boulder Creek....18 miles out of Saratoga/Los Gatos area. The shops is called "Q's Workshop", it is a small one man shop specializing in Aston's. Here is the contact info: Q's Workshop, Ken Lovejoy, 207 Bean Ave, Boulder Creek, Ca 95006 home/shop phone 831 338 7253 try to keep calls on emergency only, prefers email Astondoc@comcast.net or text 925 260 3822 cell number that doesn't work up in the redwoods, but, receives text.
Thanks, Ken
