..and don't cheat by pulling the handbrake to slow down..don't ask why I know this

All V8's are the same..crank trigger wheel is the flywheel..so same procedure to relearn..has to be in 6th and don't downshift(same with ASM if 6th has not been achieved yet manually select and then hit "D" before coast down)..very important which a lot of ppl forget, make sure A/C is OFF, engine is at operating temp, and for ASM vehicle's keep Sport mode OFF ..if any of these is not done, your waisting your time and will need to start over

 

Ahhh....no one told me it had to be in 6th gear....that may be why I wasn't able to do it the first time I tried it after my own code clearing with my Acton scanner, I was doing it in either 4th or 5th gear - but definitely not 6th.

Ya know, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they said you had to hop around the car on one leg - blindfolded - for it to all work at the end.
