^^^Thanks Larry. On the Ferrari front? No news. I was considering a 430 Scuderia to occasionally take to the track, but I'm now saving for a new home so I've set my sights lower . . . much lower. I'm considering picking up a used MX-5 and lightly modifying it for dual road/track use. The idea is to have something fun that I can drive to the track whose parts and consumables are relatively inexpensive to replace. I'll post an update if/when I make this happen.

The Mazda sounds like fun. Pure racing with a minimum financial outlay. I would be interested in hearing about that. I enjoy watching the Mazda racing series occasionally on Speed. I'm assuming that the "house" means you got married?

^^^I'll be getting married in December. The loft is great for a single guy, but I think it's time to "settle down" with a house. A big potential upside: multiple_car_garage.

Awesome trip and thanks for sharing. I love how Logan's Run that green Countach looks!

Ok, quick hijack for an honesty poll.
Racer X has the tortise shell Persol's from Casino Royale. How many of us have Bond accessories to go with our cars? Me? Yeah, I've got the Persols but not the "official Casino Royale" style. Mine are the ones Bond wore on his arrival at the carribean resort. Never wore them after that and yes, they do go nicely with my Vantage.

Racer X, your shades look very cool. Nice way to represent for AM right in the belly of the beast(s).

I do have a Rolex Submariner that I wear on a NATO strap and I do have a PPK. I don't know if I'm supposed to say that.

Awesome photos and reviews. Thanks for taking the time to post.

Did you hear when the 458 coupe will go through a model change? Like when the 458 replaced the 430. My estimate is mid 2016, with no changes to the 458 in 2014.

Oh yeah, I have a Walther as well. Mines the standard PP though. Does that count?

Ha, didn't realize I have Bond glasses. I actually got them after I saw one of the guys in our local driving group wearing a pair. I'm also a Submariner guy, but Bond hasn't worn one in quite a long time, maybe since the '70s?

The Estoque sedan. Looks pretty good from the front, but looks like a new Camaro from back*:
Got a picture of the butt?

Awesome pictures by the way!

Nice Write up and post thanks for Sharing! Those cars look awesome, I need me a pair of them bond shades haha...until then I'll have to stick with my Cazals, or Carrera whites haha lol... Rolex Submariner is a cool watch, classy and timeless... lately I've been wearing my Panerai a lot more, I have a few others but I'd like to eventually add a Brietling Blackbird, and a VC.

Walther PPK is on my short list what an awesome lightweight and great Ergo pistol it's no wonder Bond chose the PPK, I'd like to add one to the Kimber Pro Solo II Carry, HK Tac Combat, Sig P226, Swiss Arms SAN SG553P, H&K MR556A1 and some others

Okay, maybe it doesn't look like a Camaro back end exactly, but it looks a bit generic to me, like an amalgamation of the tail of a lot of today's cars.

I will definitely +1 that statement. Very Cool. The new Camaro rear end is hideous....overall, just hideous. YMMV.
