New Porsche Cayman next to a Vantage
Customer came to my store today in the new body Porsche Cayman and parked next to my Vantage - so I snapped a shot to compare dimensions.....just because I could. This is when you see how small a Vantage really is....and of course, even though its 'fresh', the Cayman looks a bit dumpy and already dated next to the sleek lines of the Aston, which is aging quite well, I think! (yeah, I'm biased)

please ask your PA in future to ensure these little things dont park near the Aston, astons need to be seen and anything that close destroys the side view for other admirers, the Porsche could have parked across the road or in a nearby breakers yard

I've driven the Maserati GT and I've got to say, it's got a great sounding Ferrari V8 under the hood, but it drives really poorly and feels a bit sloppy. I was really disappointed by the interior quality as well. I think we've all made the right choice in purchasing Astons instead

i hopped into one and fired it up at a dealership. the engine sounds absolutely amazing, the interior is comfy enough. gorgeous car overall. but i didn't bother driving it because i wasn't interested in it. it has no manual option, the car is big and heavy, the interior looks outdated already, and i've heard Maseratis aren't the most reliable things on the road. basically, it did nothing better than my V8V in any way.

In a straight line, sure, but on a tight circuit? I'm thinking the lighter Cayman may make up the different in the turns.

I agree (assuming the Cayman is an S), and Porsches are always quick on track.
