curious what owners/members feel the 4.7L and the updated center console setup is worth on the 09 versus say the 08 that has same interior but diff controls/buttons and engine.

also noticed the 09 lists its wheel base slightly larger but assume this might be negligible.

any other "vast" improvements on the 09?

As a new owner I cant help much - what I can tell you is I am very happy with the 4.7 and have not felt once thats the power is insufficient .. Its pretty fast and pulls hard..

The console is another story - but getting used to it ...

I had both, at times the 4.3 seemed underpowered in certain rpms but the 4.7 feels much stronger. Both panels i think are equally nice

any idea key replacement cost? the 4.7L has the key in the dash... but how much would extra key cost... or maybe one of the crystal ones.

Search the forum. I've written up responses in the past as we all as many others that covered a lot of details on the differences between the 4.3L and 4.7L.

In a very brief summary, the 4.3L has less torque upfront and the 4.7L fixed that.
