i did this as well but used clear adhesive caulk... taped the camera in place until it cured

A long while back I planned to do this modification to my DB9, and in preparation bought some of the parts, which includes an extra DB9 standard mirror and mount (not homelink). My thought was I didn't want to modify my existing mirror/mount (includes Homelink) just in case things didn't work out - figured if things went awry I'd always have my original mirror/mount to fall back on.

I no longer plan to do this modification and the mirror is just sitting, if someone wants I'll take any reasonable offer and it's yours, just PM me.
