I borrowed this pic from a thread in pistonheads - and it looks like bolted to me (red arrows points bolts).
However probably better to see for you when you have your seat out, I only saw the picture...
Probably you have to remove the seat cushion to get acess to the bolts.

Just had a look underneath my seats (07 Euro Spec 4.3, non-memory seats).
Definetly bolted front and rear.
The black parts are the frame and the silver the seat structure

@TR-Spider : You're right for the armature.
For the SRS/Airbag, the plug under the OEM lightweight carbon seat isn't connected.
The side airbag must be disable with the AMDS.
The plug is only used to maintain the wiring :

Just looked but I am in Canada and Amazon.com won't deliver to me... you might be able to find someone in the USA that can order them, shipping to NY was $7.99. That seller is in El Paso Texas, you might want to contact them directly, there was a phone number on Amazon for them. Bonne Chance
