Glad to hear it isn't the timing cover gasket!! But still... I have no idea how the belt would have come apart like that unless it or something else was either improperly installed.

I agree. Great news about avoiding the timing cover issue but no clue on why the belt fell apart.

The dealership is covering all costs and shipping the car back to me so I am just out of pocket for the tow back home and my time.

I am still nervous as to not having a conclusive answer why the belt fell apart. The dealership verified and validated that every single pulley is healthy and operational as well as spinning correctly...

You might be chasing ghosts here. The explanation might simply be a bad belt.
Sh*** happens
