EMS-P Fail??? (DB9)

I just did the DB9 coil pack replacement project on my DB9 (thanks to Aston1936's brilliant directions!) and the car is running great...smoother, in fact, than I ever recall.
I bought the Aston Martin-specific Foxwell NT510 diagnostic tool and plugged it into the OBDII port, and it's reading "12 Cylinder EMS-P Engine Control Module Bank 1 FAIL."
If I use the regular OBDII functions of the tool I don't see any failure codes and my Actron CP9575 OBDII scanner isn't showing any codes, either. As I said, the car is running great.
Does anyone know if a failed primary engine control module would throw a code that a regular OBDII tool would find, or is the Aston Martin-specific feature set of the Foxwell NT510 revealing something that is otherwise hidden?
Thanks!
