Show me your Calipers
#2
I have a 2009 Vantage in Titanium Silver with red calipers and red taillights and think they look great. Not sure what wheels you have but my car has the five post sport pack wheels that show off the calipers nicely.

Has anyone had experience with Caliper wraps and their durability?

I have your AM stickers all ready made. I used them when I made mine yellow.
1. Powder Coating----- there are numerous places where you can send the calipers to a location and have them powder coated. Takes about 10 days or so. BUT>.....make sure you find ALL the screws needed to put them in the holes for the brake line, brake bleeder points etc..... ALSO get a spare set of the rubber seals in advance and make sure they fit. There is a place in NJ that does Brembo parts and its a racing shop. Cant remember the name but they are the only ones to have them.
2. You CAN scuff them up yourself, and paint them VHT rattle can hi-temp preferably. If they dont have the color do regular. Works just fine with temps. THEN--- you apply the stickers and then spray with VHT Hi Temp Clear Enamel spray. That locks the stickers on and helps on the heat side.
I had mine done by RedPants and the color was supposed to be AMG Burnt Copper Orange. ie.....Honda Fresh Copper. But they came out brown and I hated them. They were powder coated. Wasn't Rich's fault they came out that color. But we learned the issues about having to clean threads out and the rubber seal fitments.
I recently painted mine after scuffing the PC up with VHT Bright Yellow. Was perfect. I could have done one or two more coats, and done the last one smoother. But, needed to put the car back together that night. They are vey very acceptable. Pics when I can find them.

I choose the 'grey' caliper colour from Aston when I upgraded my DB9 to 6-pot calipers + Ceramic 398mm rotors. More info here: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...per-color.html
I plan to go bold someday and go for yellow which will go very well with my midnight blue exterior

For the year and color of your car I'd go with either red or black. Red has enough contrast with the silver paint and tie in nicely with the red tail lights. Black provides good contrast too, The grey and silver aren't dark enough and yellow just doesn't go with the silver exterior unless you have other yellow bits in the car to tie it in. Just my $0.02.
