I guess the weight sensor is the small thingy on the lower right hand side?

The large light grey connector housed the motor driving cables (07 EU V8V non-memory)



No seat module here (unless it's the small foam wrapped cube).




That is a memory seat (from the web).
I believe the "D" marked black box belongs to the "memory".

As do I, large black module with a D for driver or P for passenger is for memory seats only. The problem is with the module and sensors in the passenger rail for weight. If one were to replace the seat base with additional motors, and an earlier switch pack (pre 07my) you would need to have the SRS module from an 05-06 also to defeat the weight sensing feature.

How do you disassemble the seat base/rails? I’m trying to swap 2009 vantage seats into a 2006 db9. And it’s turning out to be a bear. Trying to figure out how to swap bases and modules so everything remains original but the seats.
