Source for Connector for 3 Pin Ignition Coil?
Since I have the wiring harness out of my DB9, I'm fixing all the little things that are broken. I need to replace a couple of the three pin ignition coil connectors. Two pin connectors are a dime a dozen, but I've yet to find a 3 pin connector to match.
Has anyone been down this path and figured it out? Scuderia Parts didn't seem to have an answer (I'm still waiting).
My next option is to take a coil to a shop and dumpster dive their repair kits.
The connectors are "ok", but the lock clips are broken. I can easily ziptie them in place but I'd rather just replace them.
Thanks in advance,
Larry

Thought of changing a few on my car as well. Does anyone know a source? I've seen a post on pistonheads about using a ford alternator connector. It is keyed for 3 ears that are not necessary on our coils. So not sure about it.

FWIW, I know a lot of people are running the $20 coils from China but I have had a lot of trouble with them. First failed after 1200 miles, another failed after an additional 1000 miles. I'm pulling all mine out and paying for the genuine ones this time. I'll repair the harness at the same time. I got mine for $4/connector from Corsa -Technic. Arrived in 2 days!

As others have previously mentioned, a fair amount of the electronic connectors for the Ford-sourced electronic components, where also sourced from Motorcraft. Electronic connectors for the Volvo and proprietary electronics and modules, are either AMP or Tyco (now the same company). The wiring harnesses are sourced from Leoni. Long story short, Ford Motorcraft produces a huge (and I do mean huge!) catalogue of components that it has available for purchase by smaller, specialist car manufacturers. I know that other British marques such as Morgan, Jaguar Land Rover, etc, use it, along with Aston Martin. It's only available to bona fide car manufacturers normally, but I'll speak to my former colleagues and see if I can get a copy, as it might be helpful for you guys.
