I visited my local (only) dealer in the area. I asked about 30-35% discounts from unsold previous year leftovers and was laughed at. He said that there is no way.
not calling BS on the above poster. It may be a regional thing or the “new” car wasn’t exactly new.

Was the dealer willing to negotiate or was it full MSRP?

I think if someone was able to purchase one at a ~ 30% discount it may have been an anomaly. It may have been a vehicle that sat for a while or it was purchased from a high volume dealer that just wanted it sold.

In looking at the prices of Aston Martin Naples and Aston Martin Orlando, it looks like Aston Orlando has new 20/21 Vantages available at a lower cost for similar vehicles.

If you find a spec you like from a distant dealer then that may be an option for you. As you mentioned it may also be a regional thing just like any commodity.
