Burning smell after first oil change

Burning smell after first oil change
Just had my first oil change at my local dealer on my ‘19 Vantage after 1800 miles. Recently, I noticed a burning rubber smell after a drive that I never noticed before. Is this something to be concerned about?

i spill oil every time i do an oil change. it will usually burn off after a week of driving or so depending on what part of the engine/exhaust it fell on. OTOH if there's enough of it, it could smell forever.
concerned? to each his own.

I am surprised that the EPA hasn't complained about the oil filter in the DB9. It matters not how many rags I stuff under it, how carefully I put it into a ziploc bag, I always spill oil getting the filter out... And it burns.
But, if you have a continued smell then you need to do some looking. Somewhere you have a weep - likely the drain plug...
