New Vantage Reduced Performance Warning
Check engine light came on and after a few minutes this warning came up:
’Reduced performance service C required’
Car is a 2019 with 3k miles, Anyone else experience this?

I don't know what a "Service C" implies, but I'm really confident that you want a decent OBDII reader so you know what code was thrown. Depending on the code you could clear it and keep driving it.
I have a foxwell NT530 which works really well with my DB9. There are other brands out there as well, and as they cost less than a single trip to the dealer, they are a great investment!

I have also been told that if your battery voltage is low, the computer can throw some random codes . . . I have had "e-diff disabled" lit and after driving for a bit, no issue. Just my car telling me I need to drive it more often KH

My new code this morning said something like . . . Stop car and leave running. Within 1 minute it was gone. It also told me that my active suspension was disabled, but then that went away too . . . I have it on a battery tender and drive it a couple times/week, so who knows!

You should replace your battery 1st. AGM batteries are very temperamental. That message of leave engine running means battery voltage is dangerously low. Don't ignore it and be stranded.

Thank you, good recommendation. I have a 2019 and I'm on the 3 year mark, so a battery replacement is not unexpected-- KH

i bought a new battery about three years ago, i would be very, very surprised and disappointed if my battery were to show signs of needing to be replaced. OTOH, an OEM battery could very well be of questionable quality in a new car is suppose.
