DB2/4 Seized Rear Hubs
Anyone have experience changing rear hubs in a DB 2/4?
I have a Mk3 with stuck rear hubs. Is there a trick to getting these off? I've removed the axle nut and washer. There was no split pin holding the castle nut in place.
I have a good 3 finger puller on it but its so seized that the puller is folding/bending the hub over. Propane torch did nothing. Maybe not hot enough. I'll try a MAPP torch and see what happens before resorting to cutting it off.
