Ignition Bezel Removal - Special Tool 43-28335
Hello,
I am looking at replacing my ignition bezel and it seems to be a pretty easy job IF you have the special tool 43-28335.
Anybody knows where one can source these Aston Martin special tools?
Or has anybody found a work around to that tool?
Thanks in advance!

Looks like ScuderiaCarParts carries it, but it's pretty expensive for a pair of pliers at $260.
If you're a bit handy, you could try a pair of snap ring pliers and turn the ends outward and square them up like the original tool. They usually are made of soft metal. You can find cheap kits on Amazon to try, it might work just as well after modifying them a bit: https://a.co/d/5UmmqQJ

I don't have this ign switch in my DB11, but Let me make a suggestion.
I have a pair of circlip pliers. This particular one is a channellock product. The pins in the end of the pliers are interchangeable for different applications. A couple of the pairs of pins are right angle. If I put the right angle pins in I accomplish the same as the special tool $250 pliers. I haven't priced this circlip tool lately, but bet it's less than $250.
The circlip tool with straight pins.
The circlip tool with right angle pins. These pliers are reversible so with a switch of a lever they change from internal to external. so this would work just like the special tool.

I took mine off a few weeks ago while replacing my Ignition Control Module. I did not use a tool - just fingers. If you remove the dash ski slope you should be able to easily remove using your hands with a bit of squeezing.
