The reason the prices are very respectable is because AM owners in the UK banded together and forced AM Corp to crack down and standardize UK service pricing. It used to be like the US where the range of prices quoted range from - actual book to pulled from a dark orifice.

 

Wow. That's good to know. IIRC, AM GB used to publish these fixed rates on their official site. But can't seem to find them anymore.
