pretty sure Looked at the same car. 100% agree the current owner was cutting corners; very little effort was put into maintaining/fixing since the BAT sale. My list of liabilities was a bit higher then yours, all the cosmetic issues (easy fixes) popped on the dark blue. Found the focus on "50% worn" tires to be funny, as they are 6 years old: needs new tires. Most of the description was "look here for hidden costs". The juxtaposition of the bare aluminum/missing paint on the front diffuser, to the amazing carbon grill surround; really needed a carbon diffuser to go with the equipped exterior carbon pack. The list of issues + questionable service history gave the feeling the car needed more care then normal maintenance and touchups, seller was unwilling to price anything in.

The fact that it was serviced at a Bentley shop and had some non-standard repairs raises a red flag. Ensure that all maintenance work, especially critical components like the clutch, coil packs, and engine mounts, has been documented and performed according to manufacturer specifications. Try checking with pffcu if that should be like that or no.
