Starter for v8v
Hello everyone,
Unfortunately my starter seems to be on the way out. It started over a year ago and after taking a hammer to it it bought me some time. I was shopping around for the Denso replacement and came across an improved version? Below is a link. Has anyone had experience with these? Steel wings also has one on eBay.
TIA!

If you do some research it a Land Rover part that can be had for a lot less $. Can't remember but it's possible LR3 model.
Have you checked the connection and ground straps? It's a fairly common Denso starter that seem to last.

Thank you. Yes the v8v starter is a Denso and can be had expensively. These "high torque, low gear" advertise as being an improvement. I got 16 years out of the original, so I'm not against buying an OE starter i was curious if anyone had installed one of these. Yes, I will be checking the terminals.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
