I have to refer you to the attorneys at super car claims, who have assisted me in insurance fights several times. Don't agree to that money, you're not obligated to accept their offer for the total.

This is late advice but for insurance I have hagerty's and an agreed value of $70k

Yes, I use Hagerty too with agreed value on my DB11. It's worth it when these circumstances arise.

Statefarm also offers vintage/collector insurance with agreed value. My 2007 Vantage qualified for it and it was pretty easy to sign up for with my agent.
