Service light reset - 2nd-gen Vanquish
I recently changed my oil in my 2015 Vanquish and needed to figure out how to reset the service light. The Foxwell NT510/530 does NOT work for these cars, and Autel doesn't have any scanners that are compatible with it, either (I emailed the company directly). So frustrating. After a few weeks of searching I came across a video on YouTube where a guy resets the light on a 2014 Vanquish without a scanner, but there are a few details I need to make clear. Here is the process:
1. Enter car, leaving the driver's door open. If you close the door, this won't work.
2. With key in position 1 (in the dash but sticking out about 3/4 inch), press and hold the t1/t2 button on the left side of the gauge cluster.
3. Push key to position 2 (flush with dash) while still holding the t1/t2 button. Do not push it all the way in to the start position.
4. Watch for the yellow triangle in the tachometer area to flash three times, then release the t1/t2 button. You should see an immediate quick flash of the triangle and hear a ding.
5. Cycle power. Service light should now be out after system check.
I know this will work for 2014-2018 Vanquishes. Probably also V12 Vantages and Rapides with the AM29. It might work for other, late-2010's VH cars, but I'm not sure.
Hope this helps other folks who do the servicing on their supercars themselves.

Did you try connecting your scanner to the body port (on the passenger side, at least on US cars) to reset the service reminder? I have an Autel MP808 and was able to reset the light on my 2015 DB9 after I figured out that I needed to use the body port and not the OBD port. Until that point I was getting super frustrated.
