Drove an audi rs6 last night

so i was at work (i valet at an expensive steakhouse) when a red RS6 came in. the owner parked himiself and when he was walking in i made small talk with him. After a few mins o talking he gave me the keys to his car, i moved his car up front. when he came out he asked if i took the car out, and i said no, then he asked if i wanted to take it on the highway (which was about 5 mins away) of course i said yes. he jumped in front and let me drive the car. after the short ride to the highway, i put the RS6 in paddel shift mode and merged onto the highway, he told me to get on it, so i did....beore i knew it was i close to 90 mph. i looked at the owner and we both laughed. i was impressed how fast the RS6 was, he told me he had chipped the car so its over 500hp. after a quick ride back to the steakhouse i got back to work. the owner was very nice. this car was second best to me driving a 996 tt porsche. what an awesome experience.

glad to hear you liked it. I thought about a used RS6 but got my S4 instead. That torque of the RS4 would be fun though

This was obviously an '03 MY RS6. That car stock was 450 bhp w/ the twin turbos. There aren't to many of those around.
The upcoming new RS6 is supposed to be 580 bhp w/ TT.
The new RS6 will be stiff competition for the M5.

Oh wow, that is such a great story! I should become a valet....

I went to school in Santa Barbara and I always saw the same RS6 around town...apparently it was Paul Walker's car. I always drooled though

Glad to see there are some very generous car enthousiasts/owners out there!

I had an rs6 until just recently, it was an AMAZING car...just a bit too "primitive" in its "technology"...(like having a gallardo designed parts with a TON of weight and a tt v8)

hard to describe...haha
