suggestion for better looking wheels on a3 s-line

Hey Folks-

We have a 2007 A3 S-line as daily driver and are looking at wheels to make it appear better. I say "appear' because we do not track it or drive it hard- but the 17" 1000-spoke things it came with are just awful looking and are constant brake-dust traps. Fortunately, at 15k miles, we have curbed one and have an excuse to replace the wheels and I wouldn't mind getting some more rubber on the road too.

suggestions on wheels and tires??

thanks- David

thanks jerry- salvation army is one of the many charities I support and maybe I'll donate the old wheels to them. it turns out the tire doesn't need to be replaced so I am going to wait until they do before I change these out.

Put a set of high end forged wheels on it or just go witht he simple OEM plus look... Radwerks makes knockoff OEM Porsche/Audi/VW wheels... Also I saw a set of Gallardo wheels on a S3 and it looked amazing

I agree about the BBS, I also saw a pic of a very nice A3 with 19" gunmetal RS4 wheels.

Thanks Folks
I do like the Tirerack website- seeing the wheels on the car is a very good software feature. There were some BBS' I liked- I'll check out the LM's. thanks zizou88 and tery for the pics- both look great in their own flavor.
