Do you have issues with heat soak on the intercoolers? When I was thinking of modding my 01 S4 on thing I looked at was intercooler misters and fans... I'm sure you thought of that and probably why you upgraded the intercoolers.

The AWE side mount ICs do a pretty good job of keeping the IATs down. I don't run it hard either though.
