True, but Blinders only scramble or block laser. Blocking radar is a federal offense AFAIK.

 

That guys car is a federal offense or multiple federal offenses just waiting to happen so I'm sure he probably isn't overly concerned Plus with all the money he has into that thing I'm sure he has attorneys or a bankroll to get attorneys to match

 

You're missing my point completely. Someone said it was strange how he did have a radar jammer. Then someone replied that "he has Bliders"

My response was to the fact that Blinder does not make radar jammers - only laser jammers.
