New RS4 Pricing...Cheap!!! $57.4k loaded..
i thought this looked particularly cheap in light of what i've seen in terms of offers for used ones....new, great color combo (imo), premium plus titanium packages, on ebay asking $57.4k....best i've seen so far.

i know...i even showed it to my wife as a not so subtle hint since i have a birthday coming up (well not for 2 months....). she suggested i forget that and get a sport watch instead....sign of the times i guess.
plus that car has 0.9% financing on top of the discount!

when you think about it, the pricing puts it right on top of a new 08 m3 sedan including both discounts....which is probably where it should be. m3 is a new design, rs4 has awd and imo is nicer looking inside and out. anyone want to talk to my wife?????

Send her over my way for a weekend drive in the RS4, she will come back converted. LOL
Or even better, you guys go the RS4 driving experience in Sonoma. If she doesn't get intoxicated by what goes on at the track, plenty of vineyards within a stone throw away so you can have her sold there

we've done a couple of m5 drives at the wineries, a lot of fun. i may go check out the rs4 locally at diablo audi to see whether i like it enough to beg my wife. they have three of them in stock, only offering $12k off msrp and no 0.9 financing...for now. but i've made them aware of the one on ebay for $57.4k....they also have a mugello with titanium package--identical to the one on ebay.

**** Think about this first*****
I used to be the GM at a Porsche Audi dealer. This is what the dealers are paying for 07/08 RS4's used. Also, thats what they will give you in trade if you want out anytime soon.

Unless you are going to keep the car for ever, take the discount and forget the % rate. It better to take the cash and have the equity from day one. Anyway you should still be able to get 5-7% rate upto 84 months which will duplicate the low rate payment. Hope this helps

indebts5...are you saying that the 0.9% financing versus the low price is an either/or thing..in other words pay a higher price with cheap financing or the low price with market priced financing? if that's the case i'd just pay cash...and i'm not sure what i'm reading in your post of auction levels. i guess one question is how much the dealer paid for this rs4 after all the audi money that they can sell it at $57.4k...
but i actually think the true dealer cost of the car isn't relevent...the market's moved, and in some cases selling at a loss is your best trade. this dealer has three of them, and the other local dealer has two...
oh, and the price of the car assumes you don't go with the cheap financing...you can't get both. just heard back from the dealer.
