Thanks for the kind words guys. I'm loving this car as it has proven to be the perfect replacement for my 11 year old 540i.

Attached is a really bad picture that nonetheless helps depict to concavity of these wheels. From a profile shot, you really lose a lot of the depth perspective of these wheels.

What is the front plate delete? Do you just replace the black part under the Audi emblem?

Great color, familiar with it on RS4s and R8s. Too bad it is an Exclusive (just annother way AofA charges $3K). I guess they'll have it as standart on RS5s.

Love the rims, are you running spacerrs? Seems to be filling in the fender well quite nicely.

As far as exhaust, I can vouch for Millteck, though heard the Stasis in person when Jason let me drive their show car while I was up at the RS4 track program at Infineon. You can't wrong either way!

Dr., its funny you mention that about the added cost of these colors. I love Daytona Grey and would like that as my color whenever I get an S5, but I thought it was weird thats its a $3k custom option. I see Toyota Prius's (Prii?) and various sub-$20k cars that seem to have interesting and deep metallic colors as standard options. Its very possible that there are differences in paint qualities, but still doesn't make ya wonder.

Any new photos ranger?

Looks great!! S5 is definitely my favorite Audi at the moment. Really make you think about the RS5.

Yeah I also love Daytona but couldn't justify the longer wait and the surcharge. Quartz is not the same, but it's very close for a non-special-order color.

I called it a front plate delete....but it isn't official. My car came with the grill splitter made to hold a US plate. In the pics, you can see that there are no mounts for a front plate now.

No spacers, just a custom offset from Peter at Wheel Experts. Regarding the Audi Exclusive option, the cost is $2500 (unless they recently upped it). Also, many of the standard color options are an additional $500-800 anyways. I justified the additional amount by subtracting the cost for a standard offering from the Audi Exclusive upcharge. It made the number a bit more palletable to me.

Wow, sick car.

I saw a white one a while ago, and I couldn't stop looking.
