Interesting stat I just read: R8 production has gone down from 25 units a day to...2! Despite the global downturn, I am suprised at this 90% reduction.

Been following used prices, not much sample pts as these cars are rare. One sold at Manheim late Feb, $117K and had 455 miles on the clock...

Audi is doing well relative to competitors so maybe they are on to something with this massive cutback. Anything that helps maintain its distinctiveness and relative rarity in the marketplace is a plus with me! I'm curious how many V10's actually get produced. My guess is that it will end up being a rare car with just a few hundred produced worldwide.
