Anyone here own(ed) an "Ur-Quattro" turbo coupe?

I had a GT coupe back in 1985 and loved it. Recently I've seen some pictures of the coupe and has me thinking the same thing you are...... European Car has a story in this month's issue but I haven't read it yet.

I have owned a few and recently restrored this 85..
#71 of approx 73 cars imported and sold in the USA . Last of the URQ's
Good cars are VERY hard to come by........... Expensive to maintain and restore.
Parts are hard to find and very few really know how to work on these cars.
They were all hand built and with that comes the good and bad.
The 80's were not the best years for Audi........
If you are going to get one- buy the best possible car you can afford and try and find a late model car.
