World Premiere: The new Audi A8

The all new A8 Hybrid, fresh pics from the geneva auto show:
The A8 Hybrid has a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder mated to an electric motor that helps give it a combined output of 245 horsepower and an impressive 354 lb-ft. of torque. Mated to an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic, that configuration is good for performance that Audi says is comparable to a conventional six-cylinder.
Icing on the cake is the A8 Hybrid’s 38 mpg combined fuel economy (converted to U.S. figures) and its 144 g/km of CO2 emissions. In purely electric drive, the A8 Hybrid concept can accelerate to 40 mph before the gas engine needs to cut in and it is capable of going just over 1 mile at lower speeds until the gas engine takes over.

some new infos on the next S8:
according to insiders the next S8 will get the RS6’s forced-induction recipe and will be powered by a lamborghini derived V10, with a duo of turbochargers. The output of the next S8 will jump significantly from the outgoing model's 444 horsepower to around 620 hp, with torque boosted from around 400 pound-feet to upwards of 550 lb-ft of twist.
The S8 is expected to make its debut sometime later this year or early in 2011, with sales beginning in the middle of next year.

2011 Audi A8 L arrives with 500-hp W12
Audi is pulling out its biggest gun yet for the Beijing Motor Show, and while the big news for the A8 L might be the 6.3-liter W12 and the sedan's longer wheelbase, it's the rear seat accommodations that have us frothing at the mouth.
With an overall length of nearly 17 and a half feet, the A8 L is almost a half-foot longer than its standard sibling, with a wheelbase of 10.24 feet. Those extra inches are put to good effect, with an interior that's enough to make a Maybach look downright spartan:
