Let us know how the spacers work out. Seems every wheel but stock has some rubbing issue.

Installed 3 mm spacers on front wheels today -

no more rubbing. Got the H&R springs on - drop is perfect.Rear sway bar on also.Rear drilled rotors and Pagid pads installed.Haldex race installed w/ RF remote.DieselGeek short shifter does not fit TT RS tranny so I'll work with them on return and hopefully getting right part.Forgestars and PZero Trofeo's are much lighter than stock wheels and RE11's - stick like glue!Going to do the tranny mount ,front intercooler ,brake lines and Motul this week along w/ frt sway bar and then realign the suspension. Scorpion exhaust is on the way from England - hope to have it in another week -10 days.Mods are coming together!!

Where do you get track time in Vegas? I'm only aware of Spring Mountain.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway has track outside the oval - mostly flat but clubs use it, Spring Mtn of course, also trek out to Buttonwillow on occasion and Willow Springs out by Edwards AFB.

Any updates? I would love to hear how it's all coming together.

What weight are the forgestars? I think stock is 27lbs and I had heard the Forgestars were 25 lbs

Mods

Got the Forge intercooler installed along with the Scorpion exhaust and HPA tranny mount.Trying to break free to drive out to Irvine for the GIAC extreme file.Hopefully by next Monday! Forgestars are more like 22 lbs and the factory wheels are over 30 lbs. Forgestars and PZero Troffeos are way lighter - I'll weigh both before track time the 14th and 15th.Have a Osensor code w/ the 100 cell cat on the Scorpion so I'll be installing bigdaddies minicat cell fix tomorrow or Wed. Still no front brake lines so I'm ordering from Europa Parts tomorrow. Also waiting for DieselGeek to finish up the short shifter. Jim has looked at a local car and I supplied the factory part he need to diplicate so the shifter should be available soon.

Great build.

I really wish I could just see a photo of a TTRS wheel being weighed. I have seen them quoted from 27lbs to 33lbs.

Forgestar quoted me 24.5lbs for 19x9's.

Very curious to hear about the Trofeo's.

I would also appreciate any updates on the short shift kit. The stock unit is awful, the only real let down on this car.

Short shifter

DieselGeek was able to get a good look at the linkage thanks to a local owner.I then sourced thru dealership and sent Jim the part he needs to replicate and modify for the TT RS. Hopefully we'll see it soon!

short shift kit

That's great news. Mine is driving me crazy. Let us know when it's ready so we can get our orders in.

The 19x9s will be in the 23lbs range in TT RS fitment. 24.5 lbs would be for the lowest possible offset !
