Question H&R ARBs for Audi TT RS, need help

My second message.

I had H&R sway bars installed on my TT RS for one year now. Suddenly, the Audi mechanic tells me that the rear sway bar is not correct. He lifts the car (such that the wheels do not hang) and I look and I see it, the rear bar is touching the diff casing. More than that, I could not get a business card in-between those parts and there is already a small dent on the diff from the bar hitting on it!

I've checked with other owners on another forum and they have no problem. One guy sent me a picture, 20mm distance in-between arb and diff.

Now I am really pissed and trying to get H&R at least send me a correct ARB!

On my arb it is written (HR 33220 HA2.R H&R C/G)

On the other guy's bar it is written - (HR 33220 HA H&R S/R)

On H&R webpage it is written ("HA"=rear axle, "nicht für TTRS" = not for TTRS):

STABILISATOREN
33220-2Audi TT + TTS, nur Quattro, Coupe + Cabrio, Typ 8J, nicht für TTRS
VA 33 220VA, ø 24 mm / HA 33 220HA2-R, ø 21, 8 x 3 mm | Hinweise: 55 60

Those of you who had the H&R bar installed on your TT RS, could you tell me what is written on it? If you look under the car when it is on the ground you can see if the bar is OK and you can also see at least part of the partnumber (maybe you will see C/G or S/R).
Please, let me know, as I am having hard time establishing a case. H&R tell me I have the correct bar even though all evidence point against this.

Thanks in advance!

You have HR 33220 HA2.R H&R C/G ?
Are you sure that's the partnumber you have, you looked at the sway bar? Could you post a picture?

What are the "034 adjustable drop links"? Are these separate parts made by H&R?

After showing photos and pointing out that on H&R's own internet site HR 33220 HA2.R is written not to fit TTRS, H&R admitted they have had an upgrade for TTRS arbs. I am very disappointed in them. Now just want to have my ARB replaced and forget them.
