I would like to thank David of Audienthusiasts.com for posting an auto-folding mirror mod on their site for people like me who aren't afraid of taking cars apart ![hilarious](https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/images/smilies/smLach2.gif)
This is by far the BEST mod thus far I've done on my 2012 S5! Well, I've only had this car for 2.5 weeks and I'm already looking forward to the next project! Took me a total of 6 hours from start to finish. The royal PITA was removing the mirror housing and swapping the motorized ones. The rest was a piece of cake!
Thanks to Europrice.us as well for supplying the needed parts for this project. This is by no means cheap, but it was well worth it to me.
Lastly, thanks to ROSS-TECH for their VCDS software so I can program the mirrors!
Below is a link to a couple videos I took this afternoon.
