Milltek exhaust will work on the RS4 very well, at least to start.

I know Revo has some custom software for it as well.

So Milltek exhuast and dp's and software.

I don't think you are going to get major hp maybe 20-30 hp...

yes 500 hp at the crank is a bit off, I would say 435-440 maybe 450 at a best.

It won't be hard to get this car a twin turbo like the did to some nice s4 V8 4.2L but with the Rs4 you will need to lower the compression ....

I would stay All motor with bolt on like exaust - intake - & retunned would be the way to go for a nice daily driver

All I know is that there are drop in filters available, exhaust systema and a Ecu upgrade your looking at 20-25hp in gains.

Exhaust: Millteck
Chip: Digitec, www.digi-tec.net if not mistaken
Drop in filters: BMC

I have a nice one that I would let go for the right dollars. I want a GT2.

2007 RS4
4000 miles (perfect)
Black/black
Stratmosphere short shift (amazing)
Milltek down pipes
Milltek non-res cat back with sport mode valves
Stasis (Ohlin) Motorsport coilovers
Corner balanced
Performance aligned
8 mm spacers on all fours

This is where I purchase My ITB's for my car . Just remember on think if this is your daily it will be very responsive and sometimes it get bad in traffic . I suggest you go for a ride in a ITB car before going this to your futur car ....

Also everthing will have to be customize Air Boxe - Bosch injectors with wiring -Ecu calibration - Custom Hood
