Phantom Black RS4

Phantom Black RS4
hi all,
first time poster here
hubby is in the market for a new car and we are looking at either an m3 or rs4.
without starting another rs4 vs m3 debate (both are fine cars in our opinion), i was wondering if anyone has bought an rs4 in phantom black? most the ones i see see in australia are daytona grey which would also be at the top of our list as far as colour options go.
id love to see some phantom black pics and have been told that there is a black out option for grill and windows also - sounds sick any pictures guys?
our biggest dilemma now is whether to wait to see the m3 in the flesh and then try to get a deal on an rs4 if thats the way we want to go or just go rs4 now.
cheers
julie

My car is Phantom Black. Not an RS4, but I also have the blackout RS4 grille on it. It's a beautiful color. Here are some pics so you can get an idea of the color:
I guess you really have to see the color in person to appreciate it. The metallic black is really nice.

thank you all for the warm welcome.
if we go blk this will be our first blk car ever .... always leaned towards silver.
car does look awesome in blk, as it does in daytona grey
hubby will love this car.
im also up for a new car and was looking at an entry level a5 but a 2wd audi is not very appealing to me so looking like 335ci for me. s5 too pricey and more than i really need.
if rs4 came in sequential i could drive it also and perhaps not go the 335 but as it stands, rs4 will be for him only m3 is in similar situation with delayed release of sequential.
cheers,
julie

With black, just be prepared for major upkeep to make it look clean...I had a carbon black M3 that got dirty sooooo quickly. Silver is much easier to keep looking good. I do have a soft spot for black cars though. Good luck, sounds like you 2 will have a nice set of rides!
