FS: Lease 2005 Infiniti FX45 loaded $495

Hey guys....I would like to sell the remainder of my lease. Here are the terms and options on the car.

2005 Infiniti FX45
color- diamond graphite/ brick interior
premium package
technology package
sport package
roof rack cross bars
carpet and rubber mats
cargo rubber mat

-vehicle condition-

current miles 34,500
some stone chips on front bumper and hood
no dents
new tires done at 25k miles
new rear rotors and pads done at 24k miles
new front slotted rotors and hawk performance pads only 500 miles
new Eibach pro kit springs and alignment only 500 miles
detailed and waxed frequently

-lease terms-

39 months
15k miles per year
$595.00 monthly
total miles allowed 48,750 miles

There are 12 months left on the lease and approximately 14k miles left for the new buyer. I will issue a check to the buyer for $100 permonth for every month remaining on the lease to the buyer, therefore leaving the monthly payment at $495 per month.

Anyone interested can PM me or call 201- 294-0069

Car located in NJ. PM me for pics.

Thanks
Raudel

FYI, if you have somebody assume your lease, Infiniti still leaves you on as a financially liable cosigner. I would never trust a stranger with a payment that can hurt my credit...

All banks are like that regardless of transfers and whatnot. Whoever the original lessor is on the contract is ultimately responsible for making payments on the vehicle. The only exceptions to that are if a bank buys out the lease and re-leases it or if the original lessor dies

Vodkarocket- The salesperson who sold me the car said I wouldn't be liable once someone else assumes the lease, but I guess they could be wrong. I'm gonna call Infiniti credit direct and see what they have to say. Thanks for the advice.

Sal- I'm gonna call Dave at Ramsey tomorrow and see if he can do something for me.

Thanks again

I had that problem with my G35, there was no "real or full" way of transferring it over to a new owner

Raudel good luck man!

Dave's good, he's my direct Infiniti guy for my business. OT but, that GT2 of yours sounds like an absolute BEAST!

Not true, I've given up several vehicles for lease assumption. Infiniti is one of the only manufacturers to do this. It's strange because Nissan, which uses the same credit union will fully remove you. Same goes for BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, etc.

You've just been fortunate enough that the new driver(s) paid the bills...
