SOLD***For sale: Carrara white 2004 GT3
Hey guys,
I got really hooked on DE's and don't want to destroy my GT3 on the track so I decided I want to pick up a 993 and make it a track car. Hence I'm listing my pristine GT3 for sale.
This is probably the stupidest thing I have ever done and I will probably regret selling it for the rest of my life.
Here are the details:
2004 PORSCHE 911 GT3
23k miles
Carrara white
Black full leather with red deviating stitching
Full carbon fibre package
PCCB’s (in pristine condition, no cracks etc.)
Xenons
19” AutoArt wheels with Michelin PS2 (60% tread left)
Front struts rotated (CUP car position)
Kussmaul suspension tune
Optional items I can sell with the car:
Aftermarket RS carbon fibre wing (identical in shape and dimension to OEM part)
Aftermarket EURO seats. Kevlar frame, black leather upholstery. (identical to OEM)
DAS Sport roll bar powder coated in carrara white
BBS E28/E88 Racing wheels 18x8.5 & 18x11. (originally magnesium but I have replaced the centers with the new generation aluminum centers)
Fabspeed muffler bypass pipes
I purchased the car in April 2007 with 14k miles on it. Since then I’ve done ~5 DE weekends with it and it looks like the previous owner(s) never tracked it. (basing on the condition of the car, brakes etc.)
Most of the mileage on the car is from driving to and from the track and Porsche events (Sebring ~500miles roundtrip, Daytona ~500 miles etc.)
The front bumber has some minor rock chips in it but other than that the car is absolutely mint.
I had the shifter cables replaced just recently and besides the obvious brake pads, oil and fluids, that’s the only maintenance work the car has needed.
There are several reputable Porsche shops (and dealerships) in the area so arranging a PPI at buyers expense is easily arranged. I will also be more than happy to show the car locally here.
Based on the car being very well optioned and having the color everyone is looking for, I’m asking $73,500 for the car in stock condition (with the 19” wheels).
Any or all optional items can be negotiated into the deal of course but I’m not planning on giving them away.
I’m selling the car to start a 993 DE/track car project. The GT3 is just too nice to tear apart.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me for the VIN#, more photos and/or any questions regarding the car.

Here are some photos (Please note that the photos show some of the optional items, the price is for stock car with the exception of the 19" wheels.)

That's for the Racepak G2X Data acquisition system. I took the photo while I was testing it, that's why you see all the wiring...

There's no clear bra on the car except for on the headlights.
The decals come off easily!

Thanks for the compliments guys!
I called Porsche NA today and the car has FULL FACTORY WARRANTY UNTIL 2/24/2008!
I would prefer selling the car with all the parts but can surely part it out!
BUT I won't be selling any of the parts before the car is sold. I believe most of them are essential equipment that the GT3 should come with (roll bar, seats, 2nd set of wheels etc.)

Because I love driving this car and 944s have no appeal to me. If I didn't drive this car on the track, it would just sit in my garage...
