Good luck buddy. I've tried to secure a black 570 for a biz friend and it was near impossible. (at MSRP). First allocation are sold out and on waiting lists...

wow...who knew Lexus had such demand. Pretty bland looking cars IMO.

I'm not sure that they are in HIGH demand rather they didn't pump the market full of them. Obvious waiting lists for this SUV but it is because it's been OVER 8 or 9 years since a re-design. Too long IMHO. I've owned 2 and they served their purpose but again...very boring, bland. (so reliable it actually is amazing however).

Landcruisers are just as hard to find...at MSRP.
A couple weeks ago, Lexus santa monica had a white LX570 they wanted 10K over sticker because it had aftermarket wheels.

i saw a new LC yesterday. ugly. nice plastic bumpers look easy to screw up. not worth $75k imho.

Land Cruiser is not as refined as the Lexus. Not as pretty either. Not that the LX is a pretty car, it's just an exellent car. To me, LX570 is worth MSRP, not a penny more. But I can't find one right now. Today, Toyota believes in ugly cars (Tundra, Runner, Tacoma, etc...) but man, do they sell.

i thought the economy is not so good currently. are people paying over MSRP for Lexus now?! no wonder Lexus owners have the highest retirement %.

I work sales @ Lexus, they don't sell for one cent under MSRP and the demand is really really high...
