Time for a change, I've got 47k miles on the car (brilliant silver) and it has the Daimler Chrysler warranty for 2 more years out to 100k miles with a $50 deductible. The warranty is important stuff for a car with systems as complex as the CL has.
The car has AMG chrome wheels, keyless go, trunk closer and phone cradle suitable for a bluetooth puck. Charcoal interior, CL55 floor mats and ... they all look alike inside.
I've added a VRP ecu tune, Evosport headers, ASP pulley, K&N's, phenolic spacers and the IC pump has been replaced.
The body is outstanding for 47k miles, typical hood nicks from the highway but there is only 1 small paint nick on the body. No door dings, no scrapes, no key marks.
Sorry for the attachments, my photobucket account won't work tonight.
Will sell for $36k. Please pm if interested.

Is your idea to import to Canada? If you haven't already you should check the RIV rules. MB Canada has made it so that the changes they demand (RIV enforced) must be done only at MB Canada and are prohibitively expensive. They will not issue the re-call letter otherwise.
By taking this stance MB Canada protected the value of their used cars and the cars they have on lease with guaranteed residual.
It's great for them but it sucks for those of us that would import a used MB.
By the way great looking car and great price!
Cheers,
Stan

For options the car has AMG chrome wheels, keyless go, trunk closer and phone cradle suitable for a bluetooth puck.
Beyond those, there really aren't any options, it comes with cooled and heated seats, xenons, 6cd changer, leather ... stuff you'd expect in a car that stickered at 117k.

When does the extended warranty expire (date)? Also, curious what kind of gas consumption you've experienced. Nice car. Hope you have better luck than I've had with selling my low mileage C55, which I love.
