What the car needs:
Speedo box needs to be calibrated
exhaust section between exh. manifolds and cat-back (the area where you would install either a cat or a Y-pipe)
Wiring needs to be tidied up
Electric fan needs to be wired (wires are in place just need connecting
Lower radiator brackets need to be fabbed and installed, they aren't needed as the top ones are pretty sturdy however for peace of mind its a good idea
Passenger footwell interior needs to be reinstalled and the wiring/ecu tucked away
Oil pressure gauge needs to be permanently mounted as it currently just sits on the center console
new drivers door pillar plastic as the clips on the old one broke off
About 5 engine bay wires need to be replaced that have melted
The car has working PS but No A/C however the A/C compressor is still installed which should make it easier to make the A/C work.
The paint is in top condition as the previous owner had the car repainted however the front bumper shows pock marks from little road rocks.
Note: the PFC does not come with the car that is an old interior picture with the PFC still installed.
Video of the car running and driving a few days prior to the fire: 2008039.flv - Video - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
The Fire: There was a small fire this past wednesday, the GM Quick disconnect used to connect the Earl's lines to the stock GM fuel rail is a real POS part and popped off while driving the car, the fire lasted 4 - 5 seconds max before the lack of fuel (I cut off all power) extinguished the fire before I got to it. I HIGHLY recommend replacing this fitting with a screw on type.
I have the entire incident on video as I was driving the car to create another much longer video for the for sale ad. I am willing to send the video to who proves they plan to buy the car and actually have the funds to do so.
Thanks for your time,
Rob
