My 1998 Pewter Convertible is still for sale.
Fully loaded from factory without HUD or ch changer. Black interior and black top. Body is in excellent condition, paint is smooth as glass. no paint work at all. 55K miles on body.
To the modifications:
-427 C5R block, makes 524rwhp and 494rwtq (4K miles) DRM built.
-New 4L65E Level 5 tranny built by FLP (1.5K miles).
-Diff is a Getrag 3.72 gears, cryo shafts, etc, built of course (13K miles).
-Large Oil and Tranny coolers
-Full carbon fiber engine bay cover kit
-Full interior raw carbon fiber covers
-QA1 HAL 12-way adjustable shocks and Hotchkis sway bars/endlinks
-1 7/8" Kooks headers, no cats, B&B Route 66 exhaust, Dual QTP cutouts
-6pt roll cage professional installed, completely removable
-Simpson 5pt harness for both seats
-ACI chin spoiler (newly painted), Spectre Werks C5R headlights with HID
-CCW Street Classics, 18x12 with 335 rear and 18x11 with 295 fronts.
-Did run it at the strip, consistent 11.1s at 125-128, But the best run is 10.89@128mph. with slicks and skinnies, should run solid 10.7s. (has done 131 trap speeds)
I was asking $45K, but lets try this, $40K. I am serious, if you are, we can talk. Located in the Twin Cities, MN. Willing to drive a lil bit, but def can help with getting transport to anywhere in US.

Thank you, appreciate the comments! yea, i am sure you are full aware, those "quality parts" are not cheap. Motor build to date has run around $28K... the car has about $65k in parts alone... it does get pricey, but you pay to play!

re-dyno'd the car today...actually was able to properly cool and have forced air in front, low humidity as well.
