FS: 2003 Porsche Turbo
For various reasons such as my age, my kids ages, manual transmission and traffic conditions on my commute, loud exhaust that interferes with me making business calls while i'm driving etc., I have decided to sell my car for something a little more comfortable to drive daily.
The car is a:
2003 Porsche Turbo
Arctic Silver/Black
CD/Bose
6 speed
White gauage faces w/"turbo" script
Crests in head rests
Small Aluminum with colormatched center console
TA 19" Formula with Michelin PS2
TA Type I rear wing blade
Bilstein PSS9s
Europipe II Loud
Hard wired for V1 w/ remote display (just plug in yours, I'm keeping mine)
Clear side markers
painted rear bumperettes
Short Shift Kit
In the past 6 months:
New windshield,
New brake pads/rotors
New radiator
New clutch
2 new coil packs
60k mile service
Except for the high miles (my commute was 90 highway miles round trip from Valencia to West L.A.), there are no issues with this car. 2 years ago I had a new front bumper installed because a CGT backed into my car at the dealer and the CGT exhaust left a ring indentation on the bumper. I have an extended warranty that will cover the car until 85k miles or until April or May of 2010. I have to check the paperwork. I can transfer that to the new owner for a small price. It is definately a good policy as it has already paid for a radiator, new radio head unit, power window mechanism, clutch slave/accumilator and 2 new coils.
I posted a thread on the 996 turbo section about how much the car is worth and general concensus is about $50k. I'm okay with that number.
The car has always been garaged at home and work. Although it has 63k miles, the interior and leather looks better than most cars with a 1/3 of the miles. PM me if there are any questions.

EZ$, I'm interested in your car....
I will be buying a 996tt in the next 7 days. Do you have additional pics, specifically, interior? I do not have enough posts to PM. I can be reached at pplicka@msn.com, 408-314-4469. I live in Los Gatos CA. Thx- Pat Plicka

Here are some more pics as requested
The only 2 "blemishes" I have are a rock chip near the middle of the roof by the front windshield and the scraped front lip...but I'm sure most people have that.

BTW, these are not glamour shots. I didn't have the car detailed for a photo shoot. This is how it looks every day.
You can have the remote display for the V1 but as I said before, I'm keeping the unit. It is hard wired near the rear view mirror.
Let me know if anyone wants to see any other pics of the car.

Hey guys, car is sold as of today but I get to keep the aftermarket stuff. Rear wing is spoken for but I have the exhaust, wheels and suspension for sale. PM me with an offer if interested.

Yeah, I feel very fortunate to have sold my car so fast. Ususally the first offer is the best offer in this kind of market so I took it. I was also considering throwing in the aftermarket warranty but now I get my unused portion back as well.
Anyone from California interested in a vanity plate that reads "9ELVNTT"?
