I bought it and sales taxes have been paid so you would not have to pay them again in Georgia as long as it is registered in an individual's name (non-company).

Cleve is correct.
I purposely bought my GT3 from an individual last year...cost me $38 to register the car ($20 for out-of-state tile, $18 for tag)....no tax

+1 I bought my 997 through a fellow 6speeder from CA and saved a few thousand dollars in sales tax!
