Daaaaammmnnnnn
Are you renting any of the space?
I can sleep on the couch, you'd hardly notice I was there.
When the couch is needed, no problema, I'll just simply move into one of the cars.
Love that f430 and the rest. Great taste and all done up right.
I would consider trading my bad *** one of a kind Aero 996 + cash if you take monthly payments spread over say...30 yrs or so?
Hard to wish you GL on anything but GL on the sale

i think you are 30 to 40K away from really selling this car, 3 months ago a 2006 430 spider sold for 219K. everybody knows stuff has changed signifigantly since then. even with your perfect conditions, buyers are not out there

The interesting thing about the ferrari market is that many of the owners don't have to sell. So if they don't get thier asking price, they simply don't get sold. Which helps to hold the prices high.
good luck with the sale. pretty car.

this conversation happens on Fchat all the time. One car's sales price doesn't immediately reset the price of the market. That being said, liquidity is proving to be an issue for local dealers. Folks can't get loans for these cars. And the people who would pay cash just saw a 30% devaluation in the places they would pull the money from.
