This is a super clean car and would definitely put a smile on your face!
I built this car from the ground up, nothing has been left un-touched. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my vehicles, and this car has been no different. From the underside to exterior, or the interior to engine bay, the car is extremely clean. Take some time to read through the modifications listed below to give you an idea as to how much time and money have been invested into the car. I honestly have never received so many compliments on a single car, and I’ve had plenty. The car is truly a blast to drive. Whether you enjoy auto crossing, drag racing, or even cruising or car shows, this car can do it all. I built it for that exact purpose; a car that could do anything and go anywhere without compromising performance. I have built four of these particular LS1/RX7 swaps, and this is by far the nicest in terms of quality and luxury.
Previous buyers can attest to the quality of work thats put into each one of my builds. I strongly believe in attention to detail, and I feel that is what sets this car apart from the rest. If you would like high resolution pictures, or have any additional questions, please feel free to ask.
I purchased the car from an older gentlemen(rotary powered) who owned it for a good 8 years prior. He kept all receipts (Mazda did ALL maintenance work to the car) and even has the original window sticker/documentation. The car was extremely well taken care of, as you can see from the pictures. I would give the chassis and interior both a 9/10 in terms of scratches/wear. Overall a very clean car inside and out, especially for a 1993.

Nice car, but IMO needs nicer wheels and bigger brakes to demand that price tag to this buyer pool.
Throw on some Fikse/CCW's and Brembo/AP/whatever, and I think you'll get a crossover buyer who'll spend $30k on a swapped 15year old Mazda.
With those wheels/brakes it looks cheap, and that is certainly not befitting of a car this quality. Beautiful swap, just needs a minor tweak (IMO.)

Let's be clear. I would say 75% of LS1/FD's sell for upper 20's lower 30's. In fact, I have built and sold 3 of these cars, all have been sold between the $32-28k range. These are exceptional cars, the power to weight ratio combined with its exterior will plaster a smile across anyones face.
Next, If you are seeing an LS1/FD for sale at $13k, I can guarantee you it is A) a salvage titled car, B) not complete, and C) **** poor shape, D) a desperate seller and E) all of the above.
You will not find a cleaner/well built LS1/FD out there. Period.
Thanks.

The 13K car was salvage. However the 30K for this car is too high. I have seen mint LS1 Swapped FDs with BBK, High End Wheels, Full Interior with roll bar go for low 20s with a new year and less miles on the chasis. Factor in this economy and the fact the stock market has had the two worst days EVER this past week and your chances of getting a premium are minimal.

I suppose there is no need in arguing. I realize some people are suffering right now due to the economy, and a premium is probably not going to happen. However, I know what these cars are worth (especially one that is as clean as this, you won't find an engine bay this clean anywhere) so I'm not too worried about making a quick sale. However, the price is negotiable(as always).
And like I've stated, this was never meant to be a dedicated track car with roll bars and the likes, it was meant to be driven. With cold a/c and p/s coupled with the reliability the LS1 offers, its the ultimate cruiser. Again, thats just one guys opinion.
I appreciate the posts, thanks.
