The vehicle was purchased about 6 months ago and I am realizing that I don't have the time to drive it as much as I would like. How hard to register in CA? Where is it currently registered?

 

The car would have to be registered under SB100 for CA, which just takes some time to do at the beginning of the year. It is not currently registered anywhere.
